Q. Where can I get the required Health/Release form?
A. Please click here. This form must be on file before attending the showcase.
Q. What time is check-in?
A. Check-in begins at 7:00 and concludes at 8:00am at the fields. At check in you receive your jersey and team name. We will call out your team number soon after. When your team is called, you gather on the field to check in with your coach and meet your team mates.
Q. Where are the fields and parking?
A. Directions to all locations are provided on the web page for your specific site. Drive-and-stay parking is available close to the fields. On-site staff will direct you to the parking lots when you arrive.
Q. What equipment should I bring?
A. You'll be playing on field turf and natural grass, so bring your cleats and sneakers (turf shoes). You should bring all the equipment that you would use in a regular season game.
Q. Where can I get lunch, snacks, and drinks?
A. There will be a concession stand set up with food and drinks.
Q. Is housing provided?
A. Players requiring accommodations will need to reserve a room at one of the area's many hotels. For more information, please visit the web page for your specific site.
Q. Will every game be videotaped?
A. No. Every team will have at least one game video taped. On occasion, due to the scheduling, several teams will be filmed more than once. The films at the field offering the best vantage point, and all the teams rotate through that field at some point during the day. The film allows every college coach in the country to see you play at the showcase.
