ELITE LACROSSE CAMP
JULY 9 - JULY 12 2012
AT ENDICOTT COLLEGE
REGISTRATION:
Overnight Check In: Registration will take place Monday, July 9th from 9:00am-10:30am in the lobby of Endicott Hall Residence Hall. It is essential that the waiver form and Immunization records be on file with our office by July 1, 2012. Please help us to speed up the registration process by sending us these items before camp begins. At registration you will receieve your room assignment, key and the literary for the week.
Overnight Check Out: Camp will let out on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at noon. At this time you will receive your camp t-shirt and $30 room deposit. You will be charged for any damage to your room.
Day Camper Check in: Check in for day campers is 8:30am at Endicott Stadium each morning.
Day Camper Check out: Check out each day is at 4:00pm at Endicott Stadium.
Before you mail, have you enclosed:
1. Health Form
2. Immunization Records from Physician
3. $30 room deposit (refundable at check out)
Notes:
· All you can eat meals prepared by Sodexho-Marriott in the air-conditioned Callahan Dining Hall. Meals begin with lunch on Friday and end with breakfast on Monday.
· Besides the multi-purpose field turf stadium approximately 12 goals on multiple fields for field sessions.
· Each participant should bring the following equipment: stick, helmet, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads (Goalie chest protector), protective cup, cleats or turf shoes, sneakers (for turf, indoor and recreational use), plus any other optional protective equipment. A bathing suit and comfortable summer clothing is recommended.
· Participants must provide their own bed linen, pillow, towels, toiletries, fan and alarm clock, etc.
· Most rooms are double/triple occupancy.

Automobiles: All car keys must be turned in to the camp staff at registration and will be returned at camp check out. For safety reasons you need to comply with this request.
Camp Store: Elite Lacrosse will have Pizza, snacks and beverages in the camp store.
Early arrival - Air/Train/Bus: If you plan on come to camp by air, the closest airport is Logan International in Boston, 20 miles from Endicott College, Beverly, MA. The bus/train station in Boston also. Please communicate with Sean Quirk 978-729-4807 to receive an early arrival form. Our suggested company for your transportation is North Shore Shuttle. We will provide housing and food at no additional cost the night prior to camp.
