6:30-7:30 2v2, 3v3, 3v4, 4,5 by position.
½ field Scrimmage / 6v6 clear to midfield
8:30 Players report back to dorm
9:30 Staff Presentation
10:30 Players report to rooms

2:00 – 4:00 Field Session/Instruction by team
4:00 – 4:30 Contests: Fastest Shot, Accuracy, Face-Off (4:00 Day campers Depart)

8:30 Warm up/stretch/agilities (2/3 coaches demonstrating)
8:45-9:15 Catching and throwing skills – whispers – line drills – 3man weave – Diamond
Movement Drills V cuts C Cuts ? Cuts Back door cuts
9:15-10:15 Stations- Depending on numbers there may be two of each, with one or two coaches at each station. Be Creative!

Midfield Ground Balls – Shooting – Dodging/Sweeping - Cutting
Attack Ground Balls – Shooting – Dodging - Feeding
Defense Ground Balls – Dodging – Checks – Footwork – Long Passes – Cross Field

10:15 Water Break
10:20 –11:00 Action Drills Attack, midfielders and defense will come together. Uneven situations should be explained and demonstrated. 1v2 – 2v3 - 3v4
Goalies will be available at 10:40
Saturday: ½ field 5v4 ½ field 5v6 scramble drills
11:00-11:30 Individual instructions by position this session is optional for players and will take place on the turf. Coaches will be assigned each day for individual sessions.
Afternoon Session: Team Skills and Concepts
1:30 All players and staff will meet to begin afternoon session
1:45 Team Practice: After being sent to appropriate field, each team will conduct a short practice covering all aspects of the game (i.e. ride, clear etc) Friday: Fast breaks and Transition, Offense, Defense
Saturday: Team Offense and Defense, Rides and Clears
2:45 Water Break
3:00 Games being: Two twenty minute halves
Evening Session: Games
6:15 All players and coaches report to their game fields
6:45 Games Begin: two thirty minute halves, Officiating: One coach from each team will officiate
Team Coaches will take attendance at the dorm for all sessions and will walk to the field with their groups
